The rooms were cleaned all the time. We loved it and highly recommend to everyone. I cant talk about the food because i was only one night and i dint have opportunity to eat the break fast the hotel offer to their guest at morning.
I am from South America in my review appear that i am from Turkey. They have rooms with great views onto Marmara coastline, nice balcony, so looking at it at night and at morning and eat turkish delights quiet priceless Staff is very cheerful.
Actually there is no downsides, very comfort journey to Istanbul from tip to toe. You can feel the history of this hotel.
Personnel very helpful. There is a supermarket nearby, its located just 10 mins to the sultanahmed tram, so many restaurants and exchange offices nearby.
